The hotel has been meticulously restored to its original Spanish Colonial splendor. The present day Hollywood Roosevelt includes 305 beautifully appointed rooms, including 20 luxury suites.

What's more, the hotel features elegantly appointed Cabanas that offer both privacy and tropical garden views. The Cabanas surround a beautiful, bright, open-aired courtyard and swimming pool. All rooms, junior suites, and one-bedroom or two bedroom suites located in the Tower are decorated in a timeless Pan Asian design with modern cement bathrooms accented by bright orange or green tiles and glass shower/bathtub partitions. Bed and bath are completed with luxurious Frette linens (early 2003).
