  • We based our work on the program which you submitted to us, but we have modified this proposal slightly; please allow us to suggest the following modifications:
  1. hotels- We are aware that you have already received a proposal for the Macklowe Hotel; we will have no problem matching it. We have excellent and longstanding business relationships with these properties, and we feel that they offer a high quality and excellence of service that we feel your clients will appreciate over those offered at the Macklowe.
  2. dining- We have worked extensively with the establishments described below for this type of incentive group . Some of these were already offered to you and the others we propose as potential replacements. Description of restaurants

DAY 1 (DINNER)-SARDI'S
Located in the theater district, the restaurant's decor reflects the world of show-business with its numerous caricatures of stars. Its French chef, Patrick Pinon, proposes a sophisticated continental cuisine with an Italian-American influence.

Or (DINNER)- WINDOWS ON THE WORLD
Located on the 107th floor of the World Trade Center, this famous restaurant, the highest in New York, offers incredible views of Manhattan and its sky-scrapers. The restaurant serves sophisticated continental cuisine in a distinguished setting.

DAY 2 (LUNCH) - CLUB BAR AND GRILL
This restaurant is situated in Madison Square Garden, an arena where many international stars give concerts, a sports hall which hosts major international boxing matches, basketball games, and other sports; the site of the 1992 Democratic National Convention. In this surprising modern architecture, this restaurant offers a diverse and sophisticated cuisine.

DAY 2 (PRIVATE BOWLING DINNER)
Buffet dinner in recreation center with 30 lanes reserved for bowling, use of billiards room, video entertainment and other entertainment to be determined. On the menu: shrimp scampi, chicken in champagne sauce, roasted potatoes, pork roast, sauerkraut, etc... and an open bar. The center's director is a first class host and takes pride in providing high-quality entertainment. In the mid-point of the evening, the atmosphere will be transformed into a "Moonlight Ball" with mood lighting and special effects.

DAY 3 (LUNCH) - BENIHANA OF TOKYO
Part of a restaurant chain that is very popular in the U.S., the chefs at this Japanese restaurant prepare the meals right in front of the guests.

DAY 3 (DINNER) - DINNER AND LIVE MUSIC: LE BAR BAT
This club is the most versatile New York hot spot. After a live music show during dinner, the club's discotheque, Pandora's Box will have the guests dancing until four in the morning.

DAY 4 (LUNCH) - JING FONG
Located in Chinatown, this immense Chinese restaurant can serve 2000 people at a time. The meal is served in an authentic oriental decor, representative of Hong Kong.

Or (LUNCH) - DISH OF SALT
Spacious Chinese restaurant in an elegant setting, located in the theater district. The restaurant's marble floor and antique oak tables make this restaurant a favorite exotic destination for businessmen. The specialty is Cantonese cooking.

DAY 4 (DINNER) - GALA DINNER ON THE US INTREPID WITH ARRIVAL BY HELICOPTER
The US Intrepid is the only aircraft carrier that can be chartered for a gala evening and dinner on board. Weather permitting, you will take a helicopter that will land right on board this US Navy ship and proceed to a cocktail reception in one of the boat's staterooms. This transfer onto the aircraft carrier is quite extraordinary, since this is the only warship in the world which authorizes landings by civilian helicopters. Since the trip from the heliport to the ship lasts only a few short minutes, 250 people can be transported in about one hour. During this time, the passengers already on board will be able to visit the ship's museum and mingle at the welcome reception we have planned before dinner. This exceptional event has been organized specially for your group, and we use a first class caterer who is accustomed to working on board this ship for incentive groups, guaranteeing you a memorable dining experience. We are already able to provide you with the menu planned for the function. This elegantly conceived dinner will be served at round tables with white table cloths, inside an elegantly decorated room of the ship.

Or (DINNER) - GALA DINNER - SUPPER CLUB
Located in the historic Edison theater and ballroom, this restaurant offers a breath-taking setting, which recreates the big-band ambiance of the 40's worthy of the films of that period, in an Art-Deco setting with cobalt blue accents. The wall lamps in the form of arms brandishing torches illuminate the walls lined with pink benches and silver balconies. This 5-star restaurant is also a discotheque which combines a modern and retro ambiance. At the beginning of the evening, clips from films and music-hall stars from the 40's are projected onto a large screen. The baton is then passed to the orchestra, with singers and tap-dancers. The only place in Manhattan where the guests can relive the times of Bogart and Bacall! The sophisticated continental cuisine makes this restaurant the perfect place for any distinguished dinner.

DAY 5 (LUNCH) - SEQUOIA
This restaurant, located in the Southside Seaport, offers a magnificent panorama of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Decorated with antique model wooden boats, the Sequoia is known for its fish specialties.
